Trade-Win shall not be liable for any losses caused by client-incurred trading activities.

4. Fees & Charges

You agree to pay all applicable trading fees, withdrawal fees, tax fees as per the rules of RBI & SBI on digital trading, and other charges incurred while using the platform. Fee schedules may be updated from time to time and will be made available on the platform.

5. Platform Access & Downtime

While we strive for 24/7 platform availability, access may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. Trade-Win shall not be held liable for any loss caused by delays or disruptions.

Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
